I'm a newcomer here and I don't plan on staying long. I know gurochan has been taken down at least twice before, but I don't know why. What i'm wondering is whether there's any and how much inherent risk comes from running a website that allows 2-d guro/loli, specifically in the US. Does the government actually actively survey sites of this nature? Are there ways of mitigating risk besides hosting the site outside of the clearnet? It wouldn't suprise me if running a website like this brings extra attention to the people running it, but if those people haven't done anything illegal, are they still in any danger? Thanks.
