Any decent choices that people use?

Anon = No email / No Mobile or other BS

Nice 2 have

e2e = end 2 end encryption
decentralized = no logging of chats / ips

Closest I've seen seems to be jabber chat like Dino client over Tor but not sure if anyone even understands what this is. It's federated so there is a choice of servers, not really fully decentalized but better than any big tech BS. Can use e2e and doesn't require email / mobo etc.
