That's a very interesting proposal, though I have to agree with both previous posters, it's likely too difficult to carry out IRL. Personally, I don't know if I would want to go that far in real life, although consensual Snuff is probably my biggest kink(guro related anyway.)
I wondered also why you are considering ending your life, because perhaps you would find new meaning in a relationship like the one you're suggesting. A life as a torture doll might bring purpose to you, or structure or something you find missing in life. Of course it would be very ironic to find a desire to live in seeking out your death, especially if your owner sticks to the plan of your eventually death.
