Yes, the old catalog disappeared and isn't coming back, at least not these days while I'm busy refactoring the core code. Unless there's a very compelling reason to roll it out back, I'll just direct you to use board Table of Contents instead and wait for the search function (which, among other things, is expected to easily fill the catalog niche.)
