I'm largely indifferent regarding the new board software (though I do like the YYYY-MM-DD), and while I never really used the functionality, I can't help but notice that there's no permalink for each reply anymore. Previously, the "No" located before the reply number would be the permalink for that reply, but now it's just part of the "add link to my reply" function that you'd get when clicking the reply number itself.

If you don't already know what the formatting is for permalinks, then the only way to get a permalink for a pre-existing reply is to make a new reply that links to the aforementioned pre-existing reply.
