I believe I've found a bug regarding the new keyboard shortcuts:

On Chrome, Ctrl+W is the shortcut for closing a tab. But if you close a tab that way and the tab next to it (that the view switches to) is a thread, it thinks you pressed W and jumps to the top of the thread.

Similarly, pressing Ctrl+S (to save the page) jumps to the bottom of the thread.
