This is precisely what I find logically impossible because if you desire it to happen it cannot happen against your will, because it is your will.

If you are worrying about whast can happen for real it is not a fantasy anymore. that's neuroticism or anxiety. Being worried is not same as being scared.

But I doubt that it could be possible to do even that because if you are worrying about something you cant do anything about that as well as if you are not worrying you won't start worrying without real reason.
