Fantasies often contain things that cannot happen. Certainly if a person wants a thing to happen, it cannot happen against his will, but often a person will fantasize about being people other than himself. He can fantasize that he doesn't want it to happen, so in that fantasy it is against his well even though in reality it would be his will.

In other words, he desires to not desire the thing, even as he desires it. We can expect this to happen mostly when a person knows that it would be bad for him, such as genital mutilation.
