I'm aware of that problem and wanted to assist them with updating their software. Since it seems that's not gonna happen, relaxing a bit is probably fine.

I'll also note though that, at the moment, deleted threads are not really deleted. They are simply hidden, and will be added to the public archive when development is complete.
