This is a bad idea. You wont get girlfriend by request you need to get along because of some other reason which later grows into relationship. It is more or less like Reg who found them because of some other shared interest.
If you tell that straight way, girls will be judging you by your looks money and other stuff, but if you pretend not to look for relationship they fall in love and then nothing else matters anymore.

Well, actually you can predict that from her behavior and maybe from her past life.
maniac are usually people who were somehow repressed and strange. So you should look for abnormal girls who are lonely do not have much of social life just like you.

I am from Europe. but I woud not say that there are any more requirement for serious relationship just that most girls and people whom I meet online in English forums are from USA. you need to be on the local language forums to meet local people but if you live in some Bulgaria or Estonia with population less than London city you will not find any local forums. Where I live There is not even any meetup groups available any closer than 300km distance and even then choices are very limited.
