I feel like most of us are too anxious to confess our sins IRL, so it's not easy in the slightest to find a real person out in the world who's going to actually admit to liking guro. There are, of course, horror fans who may enjoy some bloodshed, so unless you meet up with someone on here who likes guro, that's as close as you're going to get.
