I made some different observations.
It seems like there are more women
into guro as in erotic-grotesque
in its entirety, including snuff,
rape etc. as many want to believe.
'Grotesque' should be interpreted
more widely, not with the narrow focus
on the 'gore'.
Man and woman have a different take
on sexuality in general, but they
both focus on the same thing.
The woman.
When men think about sex, their
primary focus lays on the woman.
When woman think about sex, their
primary focus also lays on the woman.
WITH the EXCEPTION, that most woman
seem to see themselves in the role
of the woman, for example if they watch
porn.
For them, the woman actor is a
placeholder for themselves.
I strongly believe, that a similar
perspective holds true for guro.
Women who like guro, tend to see them-
selves in the situation displayed
by the often female victim.
Clearly, there are exceptions.
But most women, that are into guro,
I know of are far less drawn to it
because of the gore, but because of
the situation of objectification it
provides.
Letting go of all the burdens, social
life puts on their shoulders, being
nothing more than a passive, Re-acting
and in most cases aestetically pleasing
'thing', while BEING FORCED(!) to break
the taboos seems to have it's kicks.
To be aestetically pleasing seems to
be of great importance for them, because,
despite the fact our society tries to
convince us otherwise nowadays,
It is the most important thing a woman
evaluates herself takes into account.
in short:
Being reduced to beauty,
forced into submission/peril,
'guided' through the taboo by force.
