That's an interesting theory. It's too bad that no one person can ever see life from both perspectives to verify that it is true, but if it were true, it should not come as any great surprise. After all, men and women are both human, both born the same way, both with human DNA and human brains. It is not strange if we both see sex the same way, even if we ultimately end up playing different roles.
