OP here! I agree with aesthetic appeal being big in female-targeted guro. But actually about 3/4 of women I know seem to like primarily male victim. But they don't necessarily want to be the perpetrator, and actually few female artists draw female perpetrators, M/m or unknown/male is more common. And they might consider themselves 'sadists' but do not want to hurt men IRL.

And, Onix, you say you don't "hate" women but the way you talk about them isn't respectful. Saying stuff like, women are 100% biological creatures, it's like you're writing off women as people.
