In that sentence, you describe what kind of community women desire and why they don't come to gurochan. This is because it is not *strictly controlled*.

In other words, this is a demand to be politically correct and all kinds of controversial discussions or opinions are forbidden. Your role in that community is limited to kissing butts of other members and admins, pointlessly praising them and you must earn your place by doing that.

This follows typical female behavior, as if men solve issues by fighting, women solve everything by exclusion ostracization and rejection, You do something wrong offend someone and that's it, you are out of community no confrontation is allowed.
Even if it happens that some girl is not like that she has either submit to the community or be rejected entirely.

Male community is typically different because nobody gives a shit of who you are. If we have a common interest that's enough.
Of course, tyrannical men also exist but male communities usually lack that extreme unity.
