you got something wrong here because
the act of belittling some group together with someone else automatically creates a new group who are associated with that issue. So you do not get lonely, you get friends that way.
those people we are belittling are not our associates they are either totally irrelevant or just happens to share same label or they are actually my competitors. the only thing what associates me with other men is that we share same label, nothing more. if you say something bad about other men i totally don't care just don't talk bad about my friends please.
and also how do you define self-worth anyway? For me, self-worth is about being better than other people what else there can be in principle? you can be sure about that by yourself like being a homeless person who thinks to be better than the wealthiest banker or you can be insecure narcissist who needs to prove it all the time regardless the fact that you are CEO of the multinational corporation.
So those homeless people can meed at that trash can and laugh at those stupid CEOs who work 20 hours a day when they just find all the food in this trash can for free and do not move a finger to earn money living on welfare thus being way smarter.

actually no. there is enough space for a lot of people to be on top, you just need to find your niche, to be on top you just need not be average. You do not need to be on top of the world but just on top of your group if you can't do that with this group chose another where you can do that.
You can be super fat and then you will be on top pf fattest people you can be smart and you will be on top of the intelligence hierarchy, you can be anything there are no objective criteria for judgment, being on top just means being unique like nobody else and being proud of that.
Also, you can have multiple people competing for the top position and changing places in the group. The right type of behavior is to let other people get there for some time and this is also a pretty important issue in relationships. and you actually need to learn that in your childhood playing with other kids that even if you are stronger than other people you must let them win at least 30% of the time or nobody will play with you. nobody wants you to be permanently dominant you get to enjoy top position for some time and then someone else takes over. also once you get there you get bored quickly and lose interest anyway until someone else challenges you.
But the main issue here is your desire itself to be on top.
if you lack that desire in principle, you will not even bother with that game. You will not achieve anything real in life, you will be the boring person I mentioned before only good as a support character. If you have no such desire then what the hell we are going to do in life?
>This 'invulnerable image', it's why you find basically no women who are pure dominants… being 100% dominant requires that level of delusion towards your own self-worth, which it's rare for women who aren't super chuunibyou (no self-awareness) to achieve… at the end of the day, we all have vulnerabilities, it's more interesting not to pretend!
Unfortunately, fully dominant women are way more common than half dominant. People who switch are extremely rare both men and women. because this requires extraordinary intelligence and creativity. It is very easy to be dominant or submissive but try to do both at once. this requires you to predict the behavior of your partner and improvise properly to guide them in the right direction which is acceptable for both.
as for pretending, tell that to transgender people ;) they think pretending is more fun than accepting the reality. and sometimes it is worth to play along until those people understand that they are just pretending.
