"Incel" is a word that's been over-used to the point it's lost all meaning, much like "Cuck" that some users here seem so fond of.

What the OP is without doubt is damaged - whether that be by a (specific) woman or women or by other men who indoctrinated him we cannot say.

At the risk of sounding like Yoda, he needs to let go of his hatred. Maybe in time he'll learn to form friendships with women, maybe not, but if he does not let it go, the hatred is going to destroy him.

This is pure speculation but I would imagine, given his apparent one-track mind, that he does not have many (if any) male friends either which will only fuel his feelings of isolation and disenfranchisement.

What the OP needs is a hug and the chance to scream or cry out whatever pain is fuelling his hatred so, hopefully, he can begin to heal.
