I had an abusive mother too and it left me with a lot of issues. Seems I profiled you pretty accurately so my suggestion stands. I understand your difficulties in getting out etc but is there any way you could expand your circle even a little? Heck, go to AA-type support groups like in Fight Club - anything that gets you more human contact.
