Yeah, that was kinda by first guro fantasy which I had when I was about 8 or so. ;)

While stuffing something under your skin is not a big deal and I have seen few pictures and videos of people doing that but you better not try to reach intestines :) or even if it will go right and you will not get an infection you will have hard time to stand up and walk if you hurt your belly muscles.
I had an appendix surgery and that incision hurt for all month.

Although this kind of looks quite sexy.
