Although I have seen a guy there who likes sticking pretty big things in his belly also I found a video where a woman has Barbie in her belly. That was pretty hot but unfortunately, it is the only one of such kind and low quality. (They just put things under the skin, not in the guts.)

If you already sick things in your navel you may consider sticking a camera, it is as thick as a pencil. Doctors use the same technology for modern surgery or using a scalpel is quite barbaric by modern standards.
