He doesn't need any help and even if he had to endure some abuse in the childhood that is not so big deal. Now it is all past and no longer relevant abusers are also probably aged old and lost their power or changed and maybe they even regret their actions. No reason to continue with all that nonsense.

But if after all that abuse he found a bitch girlfriend who treated him like shit then later he managed to get even shittier girlfriend that implies that he really should stay away from women because he is a magnet for abusers. Probably he is really typical beta cuck who cannot resist female charms and happily become their slave.
I definitely not recommend him to be optimistic because whatever woman he will ever find will be just another bitch who will treat him like shit. So maybe this hate even has some use as it protects him from continuing this path fo self-destruction
maybe that childhood experience had some impact here because it is pretty common when those who were abused in childhood are looking for more and just can't stop.

But also rather than all that hate, the better solution is just to develop self-respect and stop acting like a doormat. This will instantly solve all problems and all that hate will be no, longer necessary.
It is just plain stupid to behave like that.
