Well if that is true why do we have different sports competitions for men and women?
Yes on average men and women have very similar strength but pretty much any local school champion guy will will against the world champion woman hands down.
You can see how those transgender people are demolishing women in all competitions. in fact it happens that this is also valid in chess where strength is not relevant, but still, women cannot beat guys.

And if women conform just as much as men then why male prison population is like 10x of female population?

you can even see the same diversity pattern here women are way more similar to each other than men

I find it pretty stupid to deny obvious differences between men and women because biologically women are sort of designed to give birth to children and take care of their babies. Naturally this requires certain physiological and psychological adaptations.
