I certainly don't think it's hate. There are days when I like cute cozy vanilla porn where the orgasm is accompanied by an "I love you". My taste varies widely. It depends on my mood - when my aunt passed away I couldn't touch guro for a while.
>if you dehumanize someone then you are essentially fapping on your refrigerator.
I think part of it is that I've never actually dated a woman or even tried (I've thought "a gf might be nice" but never enough to bother). So you could say that the only sexual attraction I've ever felt has been for my laptop screen or phone screen. (I'd probably consider seeing a psychologist for that, if I could only handle a little embarrassment.)
Anyway, for me, the common thread between pet girls and cannibalism as I described is the girl giving up her personhood for the sake of someone else. (Whether I prefer this willing or unwilling is a question of my mood.) I find the concept of this to be very hot from either POV - the one who dehumanizes the girl or the girl dehumanized. (Not the guy dehumanized, except in cases like giantess unbirthing. But if the guy's a trap it's fine.)
>when you rationally think about something like cannibalism you just can't understand the reason why one would want to cook a cute girl and what do you do next.
I think of the senselessness of the act as almost part of the charm.
Something I've been doing recently is a lot of worldbuilding around this cultural institution wherein a class of girls are trained to die horribly for the delight of a crowd. I've found it fun to try to explain away all the obvious issues ("Wait, don't they need their girls to become mothers? Why would parents willingly enroll their kids into this? … Maybe the sacrificial girls are to some degree self-sustaining? Or maybe they've got access to modern medicine while remaining something of an Aztec-ish or Roman-ish society, so life is oddly cheap").
One of my favorite images in recent times has been this one. I think part of the appeal of cannibalism is a misfire of neurons between appetite and lust, and this image is one of few I've found that actually make the cooked girl look really tasty (using techniques that wouldn't be out of place in a fast food commercial).
