There is no much point in gurochan without lolis.
but I think troubles are not going to end here, even if they will be banned because this CP troll probably will double his efforts until he will take everything down anyway.

In this situation, we either have to somehow convince him to stop that, or gurochan has to become a forum with registration so that spammers could be banned.
(or at least there has to be some kind of registration for posting.)
full membership forum probably will solve problems with hosts as well, because nobody will see what's inside anyway.
