Can you stop suggesting for mental health help? It’s been proven to not work and it’s just the same as talking to a friend online, just with prices hiked up. So mental health support is absolutely worthless, they don’t give you any advice to help you out and just try to force feed you some sort of happy go lucky bullshit and prescribe meds that will work more than their verbal diarrhea did.
