A big glass box with a giant treadmill inside, the treadmill covers the entire floor and is always on, the person inside the treadmill has to keep walking, and if they dont, and they stop, they will be pushed by the treadmill to the edges of the box and get painfully ran raw by the treadmill, like sandpaper, sanding down their skin unless they keep on moving.
