Apart from pages for kinks, the Wiki could have dedicated pages for:

* Prominent websites. Similar to my proposal of the table above. Ideally, the dedicated page about a website should be more detailed than the brief overview in that table.

* Media that contains stuff that can be of interest to guro fans (or even just "ryona" fans, speaking broadly). Videogames, anime, even live-action movies if applicable. Anything from mainstream media (think Mortal Kombat) to obscure fetish-driven stuff (think Demonophobia). I imagine this being similar to TVTropes articles: an overview of the game/movie/anime, and then a list of "tropes" / kinks it contains, with some words about each of them. Might also include information about user-made mods that make the game more gory / more fetishized.

I think it also wouldn't hurt to expand the list of "acceptable topics" to general violence, not strictly guro as such. Not every image out there that is interesting to us has blood and guts. Some have general beatdowns, some have other kinds of abuse that isn't technically "guro". So, although it would be a "GuroWiki", thematically it could be more like a "RyonaWiki".

It doesn't have to run on the wiki/wikia engine. To be honest, there's nothing stopping someone from setting up guro.fandom.com if they want to use that. Basic markup/formatting that is already offered by Gurochan should be more than enough, although ideally there should also be an option to include images in the text. Depending on how premoderation / editing is implemented (see thoughts above), viewing old versions of the page is another useful option. It doesn't have to have fancy diff with highlighted differences etc.
