Of course, nobody is going to argue against your personal preferences and there are in fact quite a lot of people like you but my point was that for some reason we have not that many people who see guro just as some fun thing. If you take away all consequences.
in the end, since there are not that many people who like guro we have to look for some common denominator to create content that somehow pleases both sides.


It looks like people who like cute guro just try to get into it notice that they are not that well received and leave because guro is not that specific interest for them. those who are stuck on the suffering and consequences part seem to be way more specific in their interest.

Although the problem with consequences is that you probably need to have very strong morality and empathy in general not to get desensitized to all that. If you consume violent guro content very quickly all your empathy and morality will burn out and you will be forced to move into the fun category because you just don't care anymore about those consequences. The catch is that there is no finality there is always another picture another story another character and you can just squash those cute girls like cockroaches eventually feeling nothing about that.
An even bigger problem is if you do roleplay and obviously, your partner never dies and you are fully aware that all that pain and suffering is absolutely pointless because you are both experiencing pleasure and everything is just a plain joke.

It looks like we may be all( including even children) getting off on the fact that we are doing something wrong and disgusting
So far everyone I met, who is into all that serious violent guro with suffering and consequences had a very strong moral sense and every one of them felt strong guilt about what they are doing constantly repeating all that mantra "it is just fantasy, it is just fantasy"
Doing something forbidden almost always feels so arousing if you know that you can get away with that and if you do not really hurt anyone too much.

My sexual preferences developed in a similar way as I just wanted to do everything that was considered disgusting and forbidden. It was all about getting deeper and deeper into all that forbidden stuff. trying to find something that harder to find less common and weird. because I never had any moral limitations that would just stop me at any point where I would be fighting with my sense of guilt forever.
