I don't really know the official stance but in my opinion, gorechan is not supposed to be a sexual fetish board officially to avoid possible problems. The fact that you use it as fetish board is a different issue ;)

Also in practice, it is proven that the availability of content actually reduces incentives to produce it simply because the market gets saturated and profits are lost.
In fact producers of that content probably don't want it to be available for free in the first place so by running after CP or per murder content like that You are actually defacto enforcing the copyright for the producers of that content and allow them to make more money.
So If you really want to hurt those who produce that content you should make sure that everything they produce is instantly made available for free to anyone.

If something already happened it is a big waste to lose that regardless of this is a murder oh child or a pet, It is something that already happened and a great cost was paid in one way or another if someone can fap on that then more power for them. That way this tragedy at least has some positive value. At lest someone benefits from it.
By destroying content you are incentivizing people to make more or even do that for real life.
It is well-known fact that lolicon porn and CP greatly reduce real-life pedophilia. and porn availability in general, reduces the amount of rape. Most people do not even bother to do the real thing if they can just watch it happening on video.
