Not sure what kind of userbase is causing that "stir" but until now lolis and 3d lolis were pretty much the main feature of GC nobody besides few naggers even discussed that kind of possibility as it was obviously unrealistic.

The idea that "some artists refuse to visit/post on gurochan" because of that is pretty dumb as if we look at the previous gurochan version more or less all people who posted original content were posting lolis and those other people were mostly posting spam to advertise their paid content.

Even discussing the idea of such a ban is very damaging to GC because it tells that half of the current userbase is unwelcome here.

I highly doubt if there will be that many loli hating artists and that much content they make to bring any reasonable traffic to GC. If such a ban happened that is going to be the final nail in the GC coffin.

Looking at the behavior of GC admins it was already suspicious that this kind of thing can happen and it may be one of the reasons why people from the previous GC are not bothering to come back. The fact that this was even seriously mentioned suggests that eventually, it is going to happen as 3d loli content may cause some problems and it will be banned just as easy fix so it is better to leave before it happened and look for other places.
