I was talking about original content and also you are counting it wrong, what matters is not the numbers of posts but thread activity. as to how many responses and updates the thread gets.
if you see a thread with no replies you pretty much can conclude that nobody was interested in that.
when counting lolis you have to count the entire thread if it contains at least *one* loli picture because by banning lolis you are effectively banning the person who posted all that thread.

the problem with 2d is that there is almost nobody who makes that kind of content because it is too hard. Doing 3d is in order of magnitude easier. and does not require impossible artistic skills as in the case of 2d) coupled with an insane dedication to spend few hours on the single picture. So quite a lot of people entered that area recently.
almost anyone who eventually got bored by watching stolen porn can start doing their own with very marginal effort in 3d.
so if you want some more activity you have to put more focus on that and somehow convince users to start making their own content.

there is not much use for yet another site for 2d content when we already have way better alternatives
