3dcg isnt being regulated due to legal or moral reasons, but because many gurochan users find certain 3dcg content to be repulsive. Gorechan is an entire different site, whether they are similar to gurochan or ran by the same person, when you go to gorechan you accept you are getting the whole package, when you go to gurochan, you shouldnt also have to see CP.
