it looks like we have lots of people who are so enthusiastic to post complaints and demand to ban certain kinds of content but those same people do not seem even bothered to post any replies or content they do like.

For gurochan to be revived there have to be people like drabok who pots a considerable amount of content that is worth following otherwise gurochan has no reason to exist.
I am quite sure that if it is legally possible it would be an even better idea to move entirely to 3dcg content because 2D is pretty much dead at this day You will not be able to invite any 2d artists here because gurochan offers nothing for them 3d artists who make loli content don't have that much choice they can't sell their content either so there may be a lot of them willing to move here.
It would be even a good idea to move away from exclusive guro content for any original content because it does not make sense for an artist to post his works on different sites. everyone prefers to post everything in the same place and also most prefer to find everything in one place. the more content you have the more traffic you get and more attractive everything becomes.
