It's not guro, but it's guro-adjacent imo: bug-chasing. I want to see images & stories about straight & bi people intentionally infecting themselves & others with stds. Other diseases like the flu would be okay too--I'm turned on by the self-destructive nature of the act. Other guys have this kink, but it's almost exclusively gay guys & trans women. And, judging by internet activity, it seems like there are fewer than 100 cis women in the US who are into bug-chasing.
