well I don't think that we should never post anything commercial here at all, it is just undesirable to post content immediately at the date of it release. But by modern standards 2 weeks -1 month after release it should go to public. because when copyright law was invented somewhat about 20 years were given for copyright monopoly and then everything goes to public. the intent was that artist has to be paid but also that works must get into public domain because works behind paywall has no value for those who don't buy it.
Since at this day we get more information in one day that we were getting in the whole life at that time production and publishing also are much faster it is reasonable to shorten that period.
