I don't know if this counts but since I was a kid I've loved those almost photorealistic anatomical illustrations where people's skin is either cut away or turned transparent and you can see their muscles or organs or whatever's relevant to the particular chart. Like I just want to see beautiful women going through ordinary activities but with their insides magically visible. Most of the real educational stuff is too vanilla and most of the other stuff is either gore or vore.
