The biggest problems is that if you have artist who gives works for free and artist who puts them behind paywall people are supporting one who is paywalling his content and ignoring one who is giving it for free.

If you want things to change people should stop supporting artist who put their content behind paywall and donate more to those who do not use that tactic.
