Assuming that you are right and this will make more artists to produce stuff, what benefit it has to people who are not willing to pay?

If at lest it would somehow provide more funding to artists to pay their bills and those artist had more time to draw things and post them for free that could be a valid argument but if they post work behind the paywall it is just as valuable as if it does not exist at all.
eventually artist will die or move to something else and all that content will be completely erased form existence even becoming unavailable for those who are willing to pay.

yes we will have plenty of consumer content fully tweaked to the optimal average taste without any artistic value or meaning mass-produced by everyone who has any artistic skill.

And I am quite sure you will not get any niche content either because there is no point in doing things that interets 5 people if you can do something what is in demand for 1000 000 people and get paid way better.
