Yeah, some users(especially tripfags) are obnoxious. It's always been like that. To use reddit though, a platform that is fundamentally antagonistic towards anybody who's abnormal and certainly the people with this fetish, is masochistic and insane. The choice is tolerating a few people you find obnoxious, or tolerating a website swarming with people who hate your guts and want to destroy you.
