This one is pretty weird. A medical hero sort of gorn flick.

Basically this guy is the best doctor in the world (consider him tantamount to Dr Black Jack)
He is a miracle and a half, his latest successful operation is complete organ transplants of liver,kidneys,heart,eyes,lungs,intestines,stomach in one unorthodox operation (like franken fran but no extra stuff)
but one day tragedy struck when his girlfriend was killed in front of him
like she was paste,no matter what he did,the organs all died in that impact. he fell into a depression and begun binge drinking.
One day he decided to become religious and travelled the world.
Turns out there is a lotta work for him in places.
From workplace accidents that causes open breakages to someone cut in halves by a train
the media nicknamed the doctor, Doctor Gore as he is often covered in blood and gore from makeshift surgeries.
The movie shows in detail what doctors has to work with and that gorn is a natural part of medicine and life itself.
Yeah,you get to see all the guts. and come out happier and more appreciative of surgeons who put their all into their work to keep another life living.
