I think the real question is not about female cannibals but about female doms in general.(and we can loosely use that term for the one who is taking the lead) because there are not so few women who have cannibalism fetish but, as usual, they will rarely be willing to take initiative.

It will be much easier to convince a woman to try cannibalism fetish than to convince her to take the lead.
