Hmm, I am not sure what is the issue but I will update the software /kaki/ is using (it will be inaccessible in the meanwhile) so noone would lose their post. Hopefully that will solve it
After that, you should check "Recover Images" at the top to see if your art is there - oekakis usually doesn't get lost even if the upload fails somehow.
