not sure about meaning of guro hentai movie but hentai movies with some guro shenes exist.

There are some anime series too.
like "Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan"
also that dragoon maid and Dropkick on My Devil! are trying to sneak in few guro scenes.

Although looking at modern situation I see that guro is getting out of fashion in general. We even have fewer artists making guro content or anything weird at all.
