i wouldn't be surprised if my more vocal advocation of insistently staying on /vt/ and continuing to stoke the flames caused at least a few people to be banned, leading to the lack of manpower. our thread exists, but we aren't there because of me. the takeover threads were uniting and strengthening our base and held some potential for growth. of course, we'll survive, and endure this, i just feel a bit guilty for advocating that we take a risk without properly assessing what that risk actually entailed. i guess banning isn't all that influential in the long run, but in the short term, people who don't know about our regrouping threads don't know where to go to hear back from us, thus they might be lost. i fear some of our more common anons may have been lost that way. hopefully not, and if so, then hopefully not for long.
