You are welcome to use ad blockers. Putting it shortly, GUROchan is a customer of a company called KolymaNET, which is owned by kuz. He is my friend and lets me use Kolyma's servers free of charge and in return, he put ads which aren't any more disruptive than ones on 4chan.

There is a public discord server (linked at the front page) which lets everyone see new posts. Thanks to that, GUROchan's staff is able to moderate the site very quickly as long as they are online.
There is no reason why our moderation would act against you though.
