Yes of course everyone is individual(and that means it is plain lottery where only luck matters)
I think we already talked about why it is useless to treat women like human beings. They *typically* are very neurotic uncreative and pretty useless as human beings as they never take initiative. There is very little chance to meet someone who is worth something. And even if you do, competition is way too high so even good woman will not behave well simply because she has too much choice.
If you want to achieve something you need to approach the problem scientifically and do considerable social engineering.

Also you are absolutely supposed to treat women like objects because as a guy you have to take initiative which means she is an object by definition.
