What I mean is that if you block posts containing some word spammer will just change it and it will be even harder do identify later.

If you want band aid solution better block those URLS as there is no easy workaround.
and also everyone who notices this spam should report files to the filehost to show that spammer that posting things here will just cause then deleted from his host as well.
