In my opinion there should be no bans or restrictions, everything that is computer generated falls into the fantasy section, no matter how ralistic it is. AI art in particular falls under the level of 3D art in some guro computer games and 3D art created by high-level artists like Chalk. At the present time AI art still has a long way to go until it will match hand-drawn or computer generated works.But in time it will probably get there.What impact it will have on traditional art remains to be seen but putting any kind of ban on AI art is putting a ban on the future!
