I don't see any reasons to ban it besides maybe saving disk space.

The main problem with that art is that it is pretty shitty quality in guro topic or pretty much all the same in case of vanilla content where you can pump out random stuff like noise. so if that's allowed it will take no time to fill all disk space and technically it is not much different from spam.

So my suggestion woud be to ask only upload good quality AI art which makes sense.
Otherwise it is not likely that this is going to have any importance. why bother limiting it.
