Well technically my setting, if they all break at exact the same time then they all go free but if it is not exact same moment then the last one will probably die. or maybe they should not see each other to prevent them from doing it at exact the same time.

the way how they disconnect themselves also woud be not pushing some button but rather physically detaching wires.
If this is done with pushing a button then you also can implement any extra rules.
